The scheme will be closed by the Scottish Government on the 31st March 2021. It is open to all buyers, not just first time buyers, to purchase a new home. This means that existing homeowners can participate in the scheme as long as they sell their home first. The Help to Buy Scheme is a type of shared equity which can provide increased flexibility for people seeking a brand new home, significantly reducing their financial outlay.
Should you wish to purchase any of these homes without the assistance of the Help to Buy Scheme then please contact [email protected], 01856 781 300 where a reservation can be made.
